1. It's not about you; it's about your audience.
2. They're not "looking at you". You're looking at THEM.
3. Be clear on the change you want to achieve - if there's no change, professionally speaking it's a waste of time.
4. Make points, tell stories.
5. Use the word "You" more often.
6. Internalise your flow, don't memorise.
7. Have conversations "about" your content with people you trust - you'll internalise better.
8. Speak through the camera, not at the screen.
9. Use slow deep breaths to help settle the adrenaline.
