A Tip for Leaders

The UK's Leader of the Opposition, Keir Starmer, has reportedly told his Shadow Cabinet colleagues to stop calling him boring [see link in comments below].

The trouble is, for any leader to try to “tell people" how they should feel about the way they come across is asking for trouble.

The true remedy is not to try to instruct people to feel differently.

It's to BE more interesting.

Does that involve emotional risk?
